Beschreibung
Villa Livia ist eine moderne Villa mit Pool in Meeresnähe, die 2020 komplett renoviert wurde.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Das Hauptgeschoss ist eine Hochparterre, die über zwei Außentreppen mit jeweils 10 Stufen erreichbar ist. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer.
Die Treppe im Wohnzimmer führt in das Obergeschoss, wo es 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer mit Chromotherapie und eine herrliche Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und Meerblick im Hintergrund gibt.
Im Außenbereich befinden sich der Parkplatz, der schöne Swimmingpool und eine Außenküche und einem dritten Badezimmer ausgestattet ist.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Fontane Bianche, nur 300 Meter von den Felsen und 1 km vom Sandstrand entfernt.

Lovely property and pool. Wonderful sandy beach within a 10 minute drive and superb local cafe 'El Cubana' 5 minute walk away with granitas and delicious ice creams. We drove to lots of lovely areas and really enjoyed Ortigia a must to visit.
I did my booking via a global platform which redirected me to Isulatravel once our reservation was confirmed. Both the general and the local agent were very responsive to any queries. House was as per online pictures and located in a quiet area which was a central place to make daytrips to Ortigia, Noto, Marzamemi, Ragusa or Modica. Inside equipment was a little bit cheap and not in line with the overall luxury feeling privided by pictures and description. Closest beach (reachable by foot) was with stones and rocks, not really appropriate. Other sand beaches are not the nicest and required to drive, so better to enjoy other places. Bakery also offering basic grocery articles is a few minutes away by foot. No restaurant available unless driving.

The house is just perfect! We were 7 friends on a week long vacation. Our goal was to relax and tan and the villa was the perfect spot!! The pool is cleaned by a guy who comes in every other day. We didn’t have a car, but we didn’t mind the walk. But if you are traveling with kids we would definitely recommend having a car since there are no sidewalks along the road. There are 2 small supermarkets near the house. One 200 m. from the house and one about a 15 min. walk. We were there late in the season, so the shops were quite low on stock, but they had freshly baked bread each morning. There are some rocky cliffs 5 min. walk from the house. We did go down for a morning swim, but it is quite rocky. The beach is 30 min. walk from the house. There is a bus service, but it is not very frequent and we couldn’t figure out where the bus stop was. The house has everything you need! We highly recommend the villa!!
