Nemini Teneri ist eine Luxusvilla mit atemberaubendem Meerblick und einem künstlichen See, der das Bio-Pool mit natürlichem Wasser versorgt.
Eine spannende Immobilie mit Blick auf die Bucht von Sampieri in Scicli, Villa Nemini Teneri ist ein architektonisches Kunstwerk, mehrfach von renommierten europäischen Designmagazinen besprochen, die mit großem Interesse die meisterhafte Umsetzung einer lebendigen Vision würdigten, in der sich Ästhetik, durchdachtes Design und ökologisches Bewusstsein vereinen. Die Villa empfängt Sie mit einer eleganten und harmonischen Umgebung, erfüllt von einem besonderen Charisma, das die Seele berührt und zum Schwingen bringt.
Die Villa ist vollständig mit Korkplatten verkleidet, was dem Gebäude ein klares und gut in die umliegende Natur integriertes Erscheinungsbild verleiht. Architektonisch zeigt das Haus seinen minimalistischen Charakter durch die Kombination und Verschmelzung von Materialien wie Holz, Kork, Zement, Stein und Eisen, alles Materialien, die sich in ihrer natürlichen Form präsentieren, sodass ihre „strukturelle“ Funktion das Wesen des architektonischen Projekts ausmacht – getreu dem Konzept „weniger ist mehr“.
Der architektonische Aufbau, die Lage der Immobilie, die großen Fenster und die Aussichten wurden so gestaltet, dass der visuelle Kontakt zum Meer und zur umliegenden Landschaft stets erhalten bleibt. Von jeder Stelle innerhalb des Anwesens wird man von der natürlichen Schönheit dieses wundervollen Ortes gefesselt.
Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, sowohl bei der hochwertigen Einrichtung (Bulthaup-Küche, Gaggenau-Geräte, Thonet-Stühle und -Sessel) als auch bei der Auswahl der Oberflächen, die das Ergebnis maßgeschneiderter Arbeit sind, an der sowohl lokale als auch überregionale Handwerker beteiligt waren.
Das Projekt wurde entwickelt, um eine echte Oase der Bio-Nachhaltigkeit und Entspannung zu schaffen: der Phytodepurations-See, der Pool, der Garten und das umliegende Grün folgen derselben Philosophie des Respekts vor der Natur und integrieren sich zu einem eigenständigen Ökosystem.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über 3 Ebenen. Über das Wohnzimmer gelangt man in den zentralen Bereich, von dort führen 5 Stufen zur offenen Küche, in der das Kochen mit herrlichem Panoramablick aufs Meer ein echtes Vergnügen ist. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu einer großen Terrasse. Über die Treppe gelangt man in das erste Obergeschoss, wo sich das große Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und eine fantastische Panoramaterrasse befindet.
Im Erdgeschoss, neben dem Hauptgebäude, aber mit separatem Eingang, befindet sich das zweite Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenfalls mit Panoramablick aufs Meer und direktem Zugang zur Wiese.
Das dritte Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad liegt im unteren Bereich des Hauses, komplett mit ruhigem Außenbereich und Sesseln für entspannte Lesestunden. Es verfügt über zwei Zugänge – sowohl von außen als auch über eine Treppe direkt vor dem Haupteingang.
Der 20 Meter lange Bio-Pool befindet sich im unteren Teil des Grundstücks, geschützt von herrlichen Johannisbrotbäumen. Er bietet viel Privatsphäre und lädt dazu ein, im Wasser zu schwimmen, das frei von chemischen Zusätzen oder sonstigen Substanzen ist, und hinterlässt so ein außergewöhnliches Frischegefühl auf der Haut.
Die Tourismusabgabe ist vor Anreise zu entrichten.

The house in Sampieri exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The location is excellent — beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and an exceptional landscape made the stay truly comfortable and relaxing. What makes this place even more special is how perfectly the house blends into the surrounding nature and environment. The entire property feels thoughtfully designed to create harmony with the landscape and atmosphere of the area. The property was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a stay with friends. A major advantage was the high quality of the appliances and the thoughtful layout of the house — each bedroom had its own private bathroom, and the rooms were well separated, giving everyone their own personal space and privacy. What impressed us most was the incredible attention to detail and the consistency of the overall concept of the house. Every element feels carefully considered and intentionally chosen to match the atmosphere of the place and its connection with the surrounding nature. We even noticed this in small details — for example, at first we were surprised that the house offered a traditional charcoal BBQ instead of a gas grill, which would normally seem more practical for a short-term stay. However, very quickly we understood that this was part of the philosophy behind the property. A modern gas grill simply would not match the authentic, natural character of the house. It is rare to see a place designed with such coherence and sensitivity to detail. Communication with the owner was excellent and very responsive, especially in situations requiring immediate assistance. During our stay, we accidentally damaged a key in the lock, but the issue was handled the very same day. A new key was delivered quickly and the lock was professionally repaired. Although the service involved an additional charge, it was completely reasonable and fairly priced considering the work carried out by an external company. We truly appreciated the owner’s professionalism, understanding, and kindness throughout the entire situation.
We had a wonderful stay at Nemini Teneri. The villa is not only beautiful, but also full of heart and soul. You can feel the love and care in every detail. It is a very special place, and we leave with beautiful memories.
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nemini Teneri in June 2026. The villa exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect place for a wonderful family holiday.
The house is beautifully designed with modern architecture, spacious, practical, and full of smart solutions. The interior is stylish and of exceptionally high quality throughout. The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped, making it a pleasure to prepare meals together. Despite temperatures of around 36°C outside, the villa stayed pleasantly cool, and there was always plenty of shade on the lovely terraces and outdoor seating areas.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the large, beautiful freshwater swimming pool – no chlorine, just crystal-clear water and a wonderful place to relax. We spent an unforgettable week here and created memories that will stay with us for a long time.
A special thank you to our host, Francesca. Although she was on holiday herself and we didn't have the chance to meet her in person, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always replied immediately whenever we had a question. We couldn't have asked for a better host.
