In der Ruhe des Landlebens gelegen, ist dieses Anwesen perfekt für alle, die fernab vom Stress des Stadtlebens entspannen möchten. Gleichzeitig sind es nur 2 Autominuten bis zum Strand Santa Maria del Focallo und 5 Minuten bis zu den Städten Pozzallo und Ispica. D
as Haus ist ebenerdig. Der Eingang führt in den Essbereich mit einer gut ausgestatteten gemauerten Küche, ausgestattet mit Ofen und Kühlschrank. Angrenzend an die Küche befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Kamin. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 1 Doppelzimmer und einem Zweibettzimmer (mit 2 Einzelbetten), beide hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt außerdem 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche, eines davon mit Hydromassage-Dusche. Küche und Wohnzimmer führen auf eine große Veranda mit Holztisch und Stühlen – ideal für Mahlzeiten, einen Aperitif oder einfach eine Pause am Nachmittag.
Das Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt, verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten mit Zierpflanzen, eine Panoramaterrasse und 3 Parkplätze. Es liegt etwa 1 km vom Strand Santa Maria del Focallo (Blaue Flagge) entfernt.
Die Lage ist strategisch günstig, da die schönsten Städte Südostsiziliens leicht zu erreichen sind: Noto, Syrakus, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi.

We have enjoyed every moment of our stay at villa Zagara. The villa is located in a very quiet natural reserve yet short drive from fantastic beaches and towns. It is very comfortable and so well equipped - it has great sea salt pool and even has 3 types of coffee machines and the coffee for every coffee lover. Massimo, the host, made our stay most comfortable and careless - he greeted us at night with food and wine, gave a lot of useful advise, helped with covid test appointment, delivered medicine at night when one of us had a health problem, and let us have late check out to enjoy some extra hours of sea and sun. I strongly recommend everyone villa Zagara.
With my family we spent a wondefull week in Villa Zagara. First day we met Mr Massimo (the owner) that was very lovely and helpfuly with us during all the week in order to give us all comfort and enjoy relax peacefuly. The Villa is full optional and very confortable with outdoor swimming pool and garden but it’s also close the sea, so you have both opportunity to enjoy the summer in Sicily. Last but not least, we would like to say thank you also to the Isula Travel staff (Mrs Lorena, Mrs Bruna and Mr Francesco) because they helped us to find exactly what we were looking for…
This was a beautiful, spacious villa in a quiet location. We had a lovely time just relaxing for a week. The villa was well stocked, not just with every kitchen utility imaginable, but also with larder ingredients such as coffee, tinned tomatoes, pasta and other bits and pieces. We were also overjoyed to see that the fridge also contained a few beers and a couple of bottles of water. There was an abundance of cleaning products and all sorts of insect repellants in the villa too. Massimo our host was wonderful: he took great care in showing us around the property on arrival and presenting us with a very thoughtful welcome hamper containing bottles of red and white wine, Sicilian biscuits and pastas. What touched us the most,however, was the fact that Massimo had understood that we had been travelling much of the day and had not had any chance to eat and so produced for us fresh pizza, arancini’s and other delicious Italian pastries for a late lunch. This was so thoughtful and much appreciated! We had a minor plumbing issue midway through the week which Massimo attended to immediately and without fuss. We would love to return sometime!
Super lækkert udekøkken, stor pool, stor overdækket terasse. Kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen. Fantastisk velkomst af ejeren, stod klar med Sicilianske specialiteter da vi ankom
