Villa Amugea è una splendida proprietà ristrutturata nel 2023, situata a Santa Maria del Focallo a pochi passi dal mare.
Il portone d'ingresso della villa dà accesso ad un corridoio che conduce a destra, alla zona giorno e a sinistra, alla zona notte.
La zona giorno è costituita da una cucina soggiorno piccola ma perfetta, elegante e super accessoriata, dotata anche di una piccola cantina per i vini e di una penisola che ospita il piano cottura, ideale anche come angolo bar.
La zona notte, invece, è costituita da 3 camere da letto: una matrimoniale, una con i letti separati e una singola.
A disposizione 2 bagni con doccia.
Dalla cucina si accede alla veranda esterna con tavolo da pranzo, forno e barbecue, perfetta per trascorrere momenti di convivialità.
Alle spalle della villa la parte, forse, più bella, l'angolo dedicato al relax con piscina, sdraio e poltrone, perfetta per isolarsi dal resto del mondo.
C'è, inoltre, un bagno esterno a servizio della zona piscina.
La villa è curata nei minimi dettagli, dalla scelta e accostamento dei colori, ai mobili, ai complementi d'arredo.
L'aria condizionata è presente in tutti gli ambienti, persino nei bagni.
Infine, a disposizione degli ospiti un parcheggio esterno proprio di fronte la proprietà.

We had a great experience with Isula Travel, we rented an apartment in Sicily and all was well managed and according to the description. Communication was great and the house simply astonishing, we fully recommend them
Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder) im Juni‘24 für 10 Tage in der tollen Villa Amugea in Santa Maria di Foccalla. Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand sind es 5min zu Fuss und die Villa steht am Ende einer Seitenstraße, daher ist kein Autolärm oder Nachbarn zu hören.
Zum Einkaufen fürs nötigste sind es nur 2-3 min im Auto. Wenn man mehr einkaufen möchte dann muss man nach Pozzallo oder Ispica fahren.
Das Schwimmbad ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Garten. Es sind bequeme Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, sehr modern eingerichtet und es gibt einen tollen Grill auf der Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr geholfen bzgl Tipps für Essen gehen.
Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen!!
I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Amugea in Sicily during late May, beginning of June, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa features three spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, alongside a beautiful modern kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. The outdoor area is particularly stunning, offering a pool, a lovely terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, and a outside kitchen with a barbecue space complete with a traditional Italian oven. The highlight of the villa, however, is the rooftop, which provides an incredible vantage point for watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing at night. The family who hosted us were wonderfully kind and welcoming, greeting us with fresh fruit and all the necessities we needed upon arrival, and even giving us a thoughtful little gift when we left. Located in the southern part of Sicily, the villa is in a tranquil area with few nearby restaurants, making it an ideal spot for those looking to escape the busy everyday life. All in all, Villa Amugea is a truly wonderful place to stay, offering both comfort and serenity in a beautiful setting. Sicily is a must to visit once in a lifetime!
This place was amazing. We have two small children and they loved this place. The house had everything you could need with pool and a lovely outdoor space for relaxing and cooking. They were able to accommodate our young kids needs and provide cot and high chair. The house is in a good location to visit some lovely places with only 30 min drives. The local beach is lovely and by far one of the best ones we found on the island. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.
