Description
Villa Amugea is a splendid property renovated in 2023, located in Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few steps from the seaside.
The entrance door of the villa gives access to a corridor that leads to the living area on the right and to the sleeping area on the left.
The living area consists of a small but perfect, elegant and super-equipped kitchen-living room, that has also a little wine cellar and a peninsula that houses the hob, which can be ideally used as a bar corner.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: one double, one with 2 single beds and one single bedroom.
There are also 2 bathrooms with shower.
From the kitchen you can access the external veranda with dining table, oven and barbecue, perfect for moments of conviviality.
But the most beautiful part of the villa is behind, with a beautiful corner with swimming pool, deckchairs and armchairs: the perfect location to isolate yourself from the rest of the world and just relax.
There is also an external bathroom serving the pool area.
The villa is treated in detail, and everything is attentively chosen: from the match of colours to the furniture and accessories.
Air conditioning is present in all the rooms, as well as in the bathrooms.
Lastly, an outdoor parking is available for your cars just in front of the house.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder) im Juni‘24 für 10 Tage in der tollen Villa Amugea in Santa Maria di Foccalla. Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand sind es 5min zu Fuss und die Villa steht am Ende einer Seitenstraße, daher ist kein Autolärm oder Nachbarn zu hören.
Zum Einkaufen fürs nötigste sind es nur 2-3 min im Auto. Wenn man mehr einkaufen möchte dann muss man nach Pozzallo oder Ispica fahren.
Das Schwimmbad ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Garten. Es sind bequeme Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, sehr modern eingerichtet und es gibt einen tollen Grill auf der Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr geholfen bzgl Tipps für Essen gehen.
Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen!!
I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Amugea in Sicily during late May, beginning of June, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa features three spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, alongside a beautiful modern kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. The outdoor area is particularly stunning, offering a pool, a lovely terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, and a outside kitchen with a barbecue space complete with a traditional Italian oven. The highlight of the villa, however, is the rooftop, which provides an incredible vantage point for watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing at night. The family who hosted us were wonderfully kind and welcoming, greeting us with fresh fruit and all the necessities we needed upon arrival, and even giving us a thoughtful little gift when we left. Located in the southern part of Sicily, the villa is in a tranquil area with few nearby restaurants, making it an ideal spot for those looking to escape the busy everyday life. All in all, Villa Amugea is a truly wonderful place to stay, offering both comfort and serenity in a beautiful setting. Sicily is a must to visit once in a lifetime!
This place was amazing. We have two small children and they loved this place. The house had everything you could need with pool and a lovely outdoor space for relaxing and cooking. They were able to accommodate our young kids needs and provide cot and high chair. The house is in a good location to visit some lovely places with only 30 min drives. The local beach is lovely and by far one of the best ones we found on the island. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.
