Description
Villa Amugea is a splendid property renovated in 2023, located in Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few steps from the seaside.
The entrance door of the villa gives access to a corridor that leads to the living area on the right and to the sleeping area on the left.
The living area consists of a small but perfect, elegant and super-equipped kitchen-living room, that has also a little wine cellar and a peninsula that houses the hob, which can be ideally used as a bar corner.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: one double, one with 2 single beds and one single bedroom.
There are also 2 bathrooms with shower.
From the kitchen you can access the external veranda with dining table, oven and barbecue, perfect for moments of conviviality.
But the most beautiful part of the villa is behind, with a beautiful corner with swimming pool, deckchairs and armchairs: the perfect location to isolate yourself from the rest of the world and just relax.
There is also an external bathroom serving the pool area.
The villa is treated in detail, and everything is attentively chosen: from the match of colours to the furniture and accessories.
Air conditioning is present in all the rooms, as well as in the bathrooms.
Lastly, an outdoor parking is available for your cars just in front of the house.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Amugea in October. Carmelo was the perfect host, always available and incredibly helpful. The villa was beautiful, and the pool and terrace were fantastic. Pozallo beach is only a 15-minute drive away and offers warm water in October, a nice and, most importantly, open infrastructure, and plenty of peace and quiet. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at that time of year, and even the villa's pool was still used a lot thanks to its sheltered and sunny location. We highly recommend this villa!
Logement très agréable et très propre ! Hôte très agréable . Quelques difficultés à communiquer car utilisation du traducteur obligatoire. La piscine est top ! Plage à proximité accessible à pied 👍 Petit bémol car peu d’activité aux alentours ! Il est nécessaire de faire de la route pour découvrir des villes et sites intéressants . Nous sommes globalement satisfait de notre séjour dans ce logement
Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Der Gastgeber hat immer sofort geantwortet und pro aktiv nachgefragt ob wir etwas brauchen. Wir haben super Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe empfohlen bekommen. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar und wunderschön. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!
Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Tolle Ausstattung, die kaum zu wünschen übrig ließ, schöne und liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber! Tolle Poolanlage. Wenige Kleinigkeiten könnten optimiert werden: Es waren keine Mülleimer in den Bädern vorhanden. Nur ein Doppelbett, bei einer Reise mit 2 Paaren nicht ideal. Keine Kpchenhandtücher, Spülmaschinenpulver oder Waschmittel vorhanden. Das ist jedoch klagen auf Hohem Niveau. Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Dieser kam einmal (nach Ankündigung) für 4h vorbei um die Außenanlagen zu warten. Die Lage ist nicht optimal. Taktisch ist das Appartement gut gelegen, da von hier aus viele beliebte Ziele (Ragusa, Noto, Syrakus, Catania, etc) gut erreichbar sind. Jedoch kein schöner Strand und keine Restaurants/Supermärkte in Fussläufigkeit, man ist für Ausflüge oder um essen/einkaufen zu gehen immer auf ein Auto angewiesen, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Amugea.
It was a bit out of the way, but otherwise everything was wonderful. A car is absolutely necessary here.
