Description
Modica Country Villa is a beautiful property with pool, located in the countryside of Modica, perfect for families and small groups of friends.
The house is situated in a quiet location but with all the amenities within a few minutes drive.
The property is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 2 single rooms that can be transformed into double rooms, and another bathroom.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, there is the access to the garden, at the center of which is a wonderful swimming pool with a small beach, a children's area and a deeper area equipped with a diving board. At the edge of the pool there also are a gazebo, outdoor showers and barbecue area.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Modica Country Villa where we stayed was a great family villa with a pool to die for! The house itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything you needed, including aircon and laundry. The house owner was very friendly and welcoming. Francesca and her colleagues at Isula Travel were extremely professional, friendly and always happy to help with any query.
Property was in a great location and well presented/maintained.The Isula agent was efficient and responded well to our requests. Our arrival went off very smoothly and the local property manager was very helpful. Our three generation family group had a great time.
Seit 15 Jahren besuchen wir Ferienhäuser auf der ganzen Welt und selten stellten wir fest, das ein Haus wirklich 5 Sterne verdient hat. Etwas außerhalb gelegen, bietet dieses Haus alles was man benötigt. Es war blitzblank sauber und der Service durch Alessandra war mehr als perfekt. Wenn mal eine Kleinigkeit nicht funktioniert hat, war Sie umgehend Vorort und hat alles perfekt organisiert. Der Pool ist Spitzenklasse und die Aufteilung des Hauses ist ein Traum, einfach Top. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen (lag wahrscheinlich an der Sprachbarriere) war einzig, dass der Handtuch und Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche nicht stattgefunden hat. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Diese Haus ist definitiv ohne "Wenn und Aber" zu empfehlen. Wir waren im September 2022 für 14 Tage da und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.
