Description
Modica Country Villa is a beautiful property with pool, located in the countryside of Modica, perfect for families and small groups of friends.
The house is situated in a quiet location but with all the amenities within a few minutes drive.
The property is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 2 single rooms that can be transformed into double rooms, and another bathroom.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, there is the access to the garden, at the center of which is a wonderful swimming pool with a small beach, a children's area and a deeper area equipped with a diving board. At the edge of the pool there also are a gazebo, outdoor showers and barbecue area.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We visited the modica country villa in modica Sicily. And it was a fantastic experience. We found the villa extremely clean and tastefully decorated. A wine, water, biscuits and chocolate, as well as the most common ingredients for cooking were also already there. The outdoor barbecue by the pool was also a highlight. Isula travel also took care of all our travel needs. We will be back.
We can’t recommend this villa highly enough – we stayed 2 weeks for family holiday and it was wonderful! The South East of Sicily is a beautiful part of the world and this is a great base from which to explore. It was very comfortable for two families of four – but also a nice size for just our family (we were there alone for a week). The villa is a beautifully laid out inside and outside, tastefully decorated and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the table area outside is a great spot for meals outside – nicely sheltered from the sun and good for sitting out in warm evenings. The bedrooms are nicely done with big, comfortable beds and four smart bathrooms. The pool is amazing – with lots of space for kids and grown ups: there’s a fun shallower area with easy steps and a good deep end and diving board. There’s also plenty space around it to relax, sunbathe or read books in the Sicilian sunshine. The villa is close to Modica – which is very pretty – within easy reach of good supermarkets, a bakery and a nearby pizzeria. If you can drag yourself away from the pool there are a range of good beaches within 20 – 30mins drive: Sampieri was our favourite. Finally, Alessandra (the owner) was a star. Super kind and helpful, even when we had out-of-the-ordinary enquiries – like an ear infection. She showed us Sicilian hospitality at its finest. Thank you for all your help.

Abbiamo soggiornato x 6 notti in questa meravigliosa casa che è dotata di tutti comfort, molto spaziosa sia dentro che fuori, i proprietari sono stato gentilissimi nell'accoglienza e ci hanno dato consigli molto utili per la ns vacanza. La posizione è comoda x raggiungere in breve tempo le località più rinomate.
Sejour du 14 au 25/08 Nous avons passé un super séjour dans une superbe villa propre, une super piscine propre nettoyer régulièrement. Des hôtes super gentil, serviable a l'écoute. En conclusion vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu.
