Description
Modica Country Villa is a beautiful property with pool, located in the countryside of Modica, perfect for families and small groups of friends.
The house is situated in a quiet location but with all the amenities within a few minutes drive.
The property is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 2 single rooms that can be transformed into double rooms, and another bathroom.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, there is the access to the garden, at the center of which is a wonderful swimming pool with a small beach, a children's area and a deeper area equipped with a diving board. At the edge of the pool there also are a gazebo, outdoor showers and barbecue area.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Jättefint fint hus i lugn, lantlig omgivning. Sköna sängar, mörkt och tyst när man skulle sova. Perfekt utgångspunkt för att köra till närliggande städer: Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Syracuse, Marzamemi, Noto m.m. Något kallt i huset och poolen första dagen men sen kom värmen.
Everything was as promised. We had no problems.
Great house with a lovely garden and a large, nice pool. Short drive to a nice sandy beach and many cozy little towns nearby. You absolutely need a rental car to rent this house. We had a great time, definitely recommend.
