CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.
Check in is possible after 4.00 p.m. while the check out is required within 10.00 a.m.

Everything was luxury. Giovanni and Adele were perfect hosts and have given fantastic attention to detail throughout the Villa. It is expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. It is not in the tourist area but just 100mts to local supermarket that is well stocked and in just 5 mins you can be on the beach.
I had a great time staying at this beautiful property. Its cozy, clean and Maria was available anytime it'd need to ask a question.
