Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Reviews
We were completely satisfied. One minor drawback was the discoloration from the pool. White areas on our swim trunks/bikini turned green. However, this came out after washing at home. This isn't a criticism, just a heads-up :)
We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. It was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials we needed during our stay. The location was great and easy to find, especially if you have a car. Francesca was an excellent host. She was always very helpful and responded to all of our questions quickly, making everything smooth and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.
