Villa le Palme is a newly built and elegant property few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details, colors. The property offers all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large car park. It's equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedroom) 3 bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room.

A beautiful villa with so many positives. It's very well equipped and included a few extras to help settle you in. Host was extremely helpful, kind and responsive.
Notre arrivée à la villa s'est super bien passée grâce à Rosaria, personne chaleureuse et très professionnelle. La villa est jolie, très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Mes filles ont pu profité de la piscine même en avril sous un super soleil. La mer est proche et le lieu est reposant. Rosaria nous a communiqué les adresses des supermarchés, restaurant et lieux de visite. Elle est très réactive. On a énormément apprécié notre séjour et on y reviendra avec plaisir. Encore merci pour l'accueil.
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Le Palme. The place is ideal for a family to relax and combine beach/pool with a visit of Southern Sicily. The team of Isula Travel took excellent care, from a very thoughtful 'welcome package' to practical advise regarding sights, groceries etc. Many thanks again!
La villa è molto bella e ben attrezzata. Non manca nulla. Pulizia top. Molto comodo il bagno con doccia esterno. Arredamento, letti bagni etc.di ottima finitura. Proprietà molto presente (per quanto abbiamo avuto ben poche esigenze). La spiaggia è effettivamente a 300 metri e si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 Minuti. Non è particolarmente affollata per quanto fosse il mese di agosto. La piscina è un must considerato che il mare è spesso abbastanza mosso e la spiaggia molto ventilata. Battigia compatta che consente lunghe passeggiate senza particolari sforzi. Bene l'accoglienza ed il supporto durante la nostra permanenza alla villa (siamo stati tre settimane) da parte di IsulaTravel.
Magnifique maison, propriété nickel. Rosaria est adorable et très réactive à nos demandes. Seul bémol la maison en construction en face qui a occasionnée beaucoup de bruit et une voiture est indispensable pour les courses.
