Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, at pool level, there are two master bedrooms with large windows overlooking the garden. A striking external staircase leads to the upper floor, where four further bedrooms are arranged across two separate, adjoining structures, each featuring one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The upper floor also features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a shaded dining area, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with views of the pool and surrounding countryside. Next to the kitchen, the charming trullo has been completely restored and furnished in a contemporary style, offering a comfortable relaxation area.

A Mediterranean summer by the pool

The large swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols, as well as several relaxing areas immersed in the garden. Guests can also enjoy a shaded dining area with a barbecue, located beside the pool and perfect for alfresco meals.
