Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
Location
Reviews
Great location, very close to the sea and many UNESCO World Heritage cities like Modica, Ragusa, and Syracuse. From Possallo, you can take a ferry to Malta – another idea and yet another destination to explore. The house is very well equipped, making you feel right at home. Nothing is missing. It has its own small fenced garden, perfect for dog owners. The large pool in front of the house is a real bonus.
More contact before travel would be desirable. No answers to my questions about Booking.com. The stay was wonderful.
Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est grande, bien équipée et très propre. La piscine est un vrai bonheur et il y a une grande plage également juste en face du logement. Stationnement réservé et sécurisé pour les occupants de le résidence. Très bonne communication avec l’agence puis avec Paolo. C’était parfait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
We loved the position of the villa, the communication with Isula was very good, they are very flexible and found us lovely solution.
