Breathtaking View is a beachfront property, with garden and pool, renovated and furnished in a minimalist style, with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is on 2 levels: a basement, not accessible to guests, and the ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms (two doubles + 1 twin), 2 bathrooms with shower (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area) and a bright living room-kitchen that opens onto the outdoor terrace.
Strong point: the amazing sea view.

Conditions
Security deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded on departure, net of any damage or consumption (in addition to what was agreed in the booking). The right to compensation for greater damages is always valid.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout. The location was perfect and garden/pool flawless. Highly recommended.
Very comfortable and spacious villa with a beautiful garden in a private secluded area by the sea. The villa was very generously stocked by the friendly hosts who were on hand for anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoors are unmatchable, great garden where you can hear the ocean right from the balcony. The host was very friendly and we were positively suprised by her warm welcome, where she organized snacks for our arrival and full breakfast groceries.
