Description
The property is the result of a skilful renovation and enjoys a fantastic view of the countryside and the historic part of Modica.
The villa is spread over 2 levels.
On the ground floor there is an open space with an open kitchen and living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The large windows lead to a veranda adjacent to the house.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom with a double French bed and en-suite bathroom.
Outside, a driveway leads to the panoramic heart of the property, with a sofa corner, a splendid outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool and the panorama and, finally, the spectacular 17-metre swimming pool from which you can enjoy a wonderful villa.
This property is perfect for a family or 2 couples.
The historic center can be reached in 5 minutes by car while the other tourist locations and the main beaches in the area can be reached in 20 minutes by driving.

We had a wonderful stay at Corten House, the home was amazing and the outdoor space was incredible. Loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. It was a short drive into Modica, with plenty of restaurants in the town
We immediately fell in love with the tastefully furnished house and the beautiful garden with pool. Every day was a delight. The center of Modica is only an 8-minute drive away.
Ersilia was AMAZING! She gave very clear instructions on how to access the house and was super-quick to respond to any questions. She shared her restaurant recommendations in the area- we enjoyed testing them out! The house was beautiful- very clean, spacious with high quality furnishings. We loved Modica- a different restaurant every night and it was nice to come back to somewhere calm and peaceful each evening. Would definitely recommend

We booked Corten House in Modica for the second time. Again, there wasn't a single thing to criticize. The house is beautiful and furnished to a high standard, lacking nothing.
