This property is perfect for a family or 2 couples.
The historic center can be reached in 5 minutes by car while the other tourist locations and the main beaches in the area can be reached in 20 minutes by driving.

Certainement la plus belle villa que l’on ait louée. Vue magnifique, piscine de 18m, Décorée avec goût, cette villa mélange subtilement l’ancien et le contemporain, idéalement située tout en étant au calme, Rien ne manque et l’accueil est à la hauteur.
This is one of the most wonderful villas you will stay in. Spectacularly designed, stunning grounds and pool. Fabulous views to Modica, immensely restful and beautiful outside areas, pool and gardens. Barn swallows, citicolas, and a host of other birds in the meadows and surrounding fields. The villa itself has everything. The owner, who is delightful, came to help straight away to rest the wifi when there was a local outage.
