Wurde kùrzlich zu einem hohen Standard renoviert. Es ist nur fùnfzig Meter vom Sandstrand von Santa Maria del Focallo und eine kurze Fahrt von der Kùstenstadt Pozzallo entfernt.
Die Villa verfùgt ùber einen komfortablen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa und Kamin, der zu einer modernen, gut ausgestatteten Kùche bringt. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelschlafzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad. Der ummauerte Garten bietet viel Privatsphàre und an der Vorderseite der Villa befindet sich eine super externe zweite Kùche mit Grill, ein Badezimmer und eine Waschkùche. Eine Treppe fùhrt von der Aussenkùche in den ersten Stock, wo Sie eine kleine Terrasse zum Entspannen finden. Das Schwimmbad befindet sich mitten im Garten zwischen dem Parkplatz und der Villa.
Inder Nàhe des Schwimmbades finden Sie einen Loungebereich, der viel Schatten bietet, damit Sie sich entspannen und der Hitze der Mittagssonne entfliehen kònnen.

The house was perfect and also the process to get the key was very easy. Villa Licia is very close to the sea, only a short walk over a very nice Dune and you reach the beach.
Excellent, friendly and professional service and support from the Isula travel team from the moment we booked to when we arrived home. Booking and payment instructions were easy to follow. Although the fraud team at my bank were less than enthusisatic about allowing an international bank transfer when I made the final payment - it might be sensible in future to contact the bak beforehand. The villa we hired was exactly as described. Finally, specific thanks to Simona who provided assistance to address a medical issue that we had during our trip and for following up subsequently. I would happily book a villa with Isula again and recommend them if you are looking for a villa.
A dream family vacation at Villa Licia – simply perfect!
We spent eight unforgettable nights at Villa Licia in Ispica, Sicily, from October 23rd to 31st – and it was truly the best family vacation we've had in years!
Contact with Isula Travel was absolutely seamless: everything was handled via email, quick, friendly, and uncomplicated. An hour before our arrival, we sent a text message to the contact person, who then personally welcomed us to the villa with great warmth. Everything was explained to us in detail, so we immediately felt at home.
The villa's amenities leave nothing to be desired – modern, clean, and perfectly designed. We were particularly impressed by the saltwater pool (lightly chlorinated), which was incredibly pleasant to swim in. We used it every day! The weather was fantastic – up to 28 degrees Celsius at the end of October – simply ideal.
The beds are wonderful – nice and firm, not saggy at all, and very comfortable. You sleep soundly and wake up refreshed. The view from the master bedroom overlooking the well-maintained garden is pure relaxation.
The bathrooms are also superbly equipped: everything has been thought of – from toothpaste and toothbrushes to shower gel and shampoo. Everything appears very well-maintained and high-quality.
In the evenings, when the grounds are illuminated and the crickets are chirping, there is a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The beach is just a few steps away (about 50 meters) – deserted during our stay, the sea pleasantly warm, and the view simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed this tranquility and proximity to nature.
The personal farewell at the end of our stay was heartfelt and beautifully rounded off this perfect vacation.
We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Licia and already know: We will be back!
