Description
Villa Alike is the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of the island, from the white sand beaches to the splendid baroque towns of south-eastern Sicily, all easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
Made of the typical local stone of Modica, the villa has a huge patio overlooking a magnificent garden with palm trees and a large salt water swimming pool, equipped with a hydromassage area, overlooked by a gazebo with table, chairs and relaxation area , while sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged all around.
In the shade of a large veranda overlooking the garden there is a dining table and a barbecue.
The veranda leads to the living area, equipped with leather sofas and armchairs arranged around the fireplace, TV corner and dining area.
From the courtyard, however, you access a kitchen equipped with everything you need, with an adjacent laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The sleeping area on the lower floor is located in the opposite wing of the house. The master bedroom, with a private bathroom with tub and shower, has glass doors leading to the courtyard. On the ground floor there is also a children's bedroom (with bunk bed), a large bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub and a living room.
The two staircases leading from the living areas on the ground floor lead to two separate areas on the first floor. On the pool side there is a living room with a sloping beamed ceiling, sofas, desk and access to a furnished terrace with spectacular views of the garden and pool. The sleeping area on the first floor houses a study and four bedrooms (three doubles and one triple). The triple and one of the doubles overlook the courtyard and share a bathroom, while of the other two doubles one has a private bathroom and the other has its own bathroom next door.
At guests' disposal there is also a dependance with a kitchen with a wood-burning oven.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette magnifique villa a Modica et je ne peux que la recommander ! Le logement est spacieux, très propre et décoré avec goût. La vue est tout simplement superbe, et le cadre, très paisible, est idéal pour se détendre. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description, voire mieux ! La piscine ainsi que la terrasse ensoleillée et le jardin bien entretenu ont largement contribué à rendre mon séjour exceptionnel. Le centre historique de Ragusa est à proximité, ce qui permet de belles balades et découvertes culturelles. Un grand merci à l’hôte pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses petites attentions. Je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Soufian sa famille et ses amis.

A very professional company with high standard rentals. Always there for any queries with prompt answers and help. Ersilia was extremely helpful whenever a question about booking arose. Will definitely use the services of Isula travel when travelling to Italy again.
Vi bodde i villaen 6 netter og villaen er fantastisk fin. Fint og stort kjøkken, fine bad, egen pizzaovn i uthuset og et veldig fint uteområdet ved bassenget. Anbefaler på det sterkeste å ha leiebil for å komme seg opp til modica hvor matbutikkene osv er. Du må beregne mellom 100 og 200 euro i ekstrautgift på strøm dersom oppholdet er på +- 1 uke, og dette må du ha i kontant ved utsjekk. Den inkluderte strømmen blir fort brukt opp. Et lite minus for oss var at villaen ikke hadde varmtvann første døgnet og at enkle ting som bordtennisutstyr var slitt, i tillegg til at det ikke var noe utstyr i reserve, det var lite eller ingenting telys i villaen, lite dopapir, vanskelig å finne eksempelvis vinåpner. Dette er små ting som ville gjort deler av oppholdet mye enklere ved å slippe å dra rundt for å lete og finne ut når kvelden kommer at mangler. Likevel var oppholdet alt i alt veldig vellykket og kan anbefales!
Die Villa ist super schön mit einer Menge Platz. Der Pool ist wirklich gross und tief. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. auch die Kommunikation war einfach und reibungslos. Fünf Sterne!
