Description
Calamare is a beautiful luxury seafront villa with swimming pool, perfect for small groups or families.
The villa is newly built and is entirely on the ground floor.
The 5 bedrooms, all independent, are accessible from an open-air path that leads from the entrance of the property to the living room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and private patio.
The bright living area features an open-air kitchen and a living room with large windows overlooking the pool and the sea.
From the living room you access the pergola with a large table and a seating area.
Following the path that goes towards the sea you first reach the swimming pool and then the gate on the cliff.
In front of the property it is not possible to swim in the sea because the cliff is high but just 150 meters away there is an enchanting cove reachable by a staircase carved into the rock.
Finally, 2 hours daily cleaning are included.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

Thank you, it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had! Everything was perfect, from the rooms and bathroom to the kitchen – everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of room for 10 adults! The bay and the sea were also within easy reach! This beautiful house is just outside Avola along a rather narrow lane. The location is very peaceful and we particularly loved being able to walk to an almost private and beautiful cove with crystal clear water. The house is 5 minutes by car from a great supermarket and within easy reach of several nice beaches and places to visit. The hosts were great, and very responsive to a couple of issues that arose.
We rented the beach villa for a week with 10 people and were completely thrilled. The villa was very clean and just as beautifully furnished as it appears in the photos on the website. Everything is modern, new and fully functional. The daily service was particularly pleasant: someone came every day to clean, tidy up and make the beds, so we didn't have to worry about anything – not even the rubbish. Once a week, the bed linen and all towels were changed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The villa offers plenty of space and is perfectly equipped, so you immediately feel at home. We can absolutely recommend it and would come back anytime!
