Description
Villa Giufra is a newly built property located about 650m from the lovely beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few kilometers from the town of Ispica.
The villa is developed around a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen which opens onto the garden and swimming pool thanks to large windows.
The sleeping area is also bright with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and a third complete bathroom.
Outside the veranda, furnished with a lounge and dining table, is perfect to spend enjoyable moments and directly overlooks the swimming pool with beach and hydromassage, surrounded by splendid olive trees.
A large car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars, and a charging station for electric cars are available to guests.
The modern, clean and essential design and the brightness of the rooms represent the strong point of the villa, perfect for couples or small families.
Villa Giufra is strategically positioned to visit the entire Val di Noto, from the UNESCO sites such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica to the seaside villages such as Sampieri and Marzamemi.

Checking in online was very complicated and took a long time. The tourist tax was calculated incorrectly, hope we get the refund. Francesco was a good host, always friendly and available and we were greeted with a full refrigerator which was truly exceptional. However, a few things in the house needed fixing (curtains, wardrobe). Unfortunately there was too little dishes for 8 people.
We had a company of 6 adults visiting Villa Giufra in September. We have been renting similar houses over 15 years and I have to say that this place is definitely on the top of the list. Everything worked perfectly, from arrival to check-out. Communication from owners was great and the villa clean and in great condition. Kitchen was well equiped and bigger than in the pictures. Aircon was the best I have seen and in all the rooms. Outside terrace suited well for dinner and relaxing and pool was nice.
Bellissima villa con una piscina fantastica! Cucina super attrezzata, letti molto molto comodi e tre bagni con delle ottime docce. La casa è ben costruita, ottimi materiali, bei dettagli e tanti elementi che ne aumentano il confort. È stata davvero una bella esperienza! L’Host, molto gentile, ha sempre risposto velocemente alle domande e ci ha dato indicazioni molto utili sulla zona. Siamo anche stati nel ristorante con albergo di sua proprietà a circa 15 min, una vecchia torre di avvistamento poi trasformata in casale estremamente bella, confortevole (una piscina fantastica!) e ristorante davvero molto buono! Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti!
An absolute beautiful villa with a really lovely pool. The outdoor eating area and sofa were perfect for family meals and relaxing. The villa was in a very peaceful area but there were a couple of bars and shops close by. Francesco was really helpful in responding to our questions and helped with a few problems we had. We had a lovely welcome gift on our arrival of local products, wines and beer. We all had a lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend.
The villa was really beautiful, the owner was really nice and prepared a complimentary food basket with wine. The pool was great, we could use it even at the end of October. There is a restaurant/deli nearby which was a little overpriced, but the food and staff were lovely. Even closer is a small shop for some necessities. The beach nearby is tiny but our small kids were able to run around and dip their toes in the water which was really nice. There is also a nicer beach less than 10mins car ride away with a bar. There is not much to do in the village but the drive to Noto or Syracuse is not too long. It's a perfect stay if you want to spend a lot of time at home (with kids needing naps etc).
