Description
Villa Giufra is a newly built property located about 650m from the lovely beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few kilometers from the town of Ispica.
The villa is developed around a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen which opens onto the garden and swimming pool thanks to large windows.
The sleeping area is also bright with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and a third complete bathroom.
Outside the veranda, furnished with a lounge and dining table, is perfect to spend enjoyable moments and directly overlooks the swimming pool with beach and hydromassage, surrounded by splendid olive trees.
A large car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars, and a charging station for electric cars are available to guests.
The modern, clean and essential design and the brightness of the rooms represent the strong point of the villa, perfect for couples or small families.
Villa Giufra is strategically positioned to visit the entire Val di Noto, from the UNESCO sites such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica to the seaside villages such as Sampieri and Marzamemi.

The agency IsulaTravel is very well organized, prompt and fair. The villa is new, very well equipped, very clean, close to the beach and the host Francesco is extremely attentive, proactive and helpful. The welcome pack was diverse and rich and was appreciated. It was a pleasant experience that must be repeated. We thank the agency and the host for making our stay extremely comfortable.
We would highly recommend Villa Giufra, it is a modern, new and comfortable villa in a peaceful location. The beds were very comfortable and the saltwater pool was a welcome addition. We received an amazing welcome pack and the host was very responsive and helpful. The beach is just 10 minutes away and in 30 mins you can drive to the beautiful towns. We had a relaxing stay and would definitely recommend Villa Giufra!
A wonderful house with and a great host. Super clean house and modern property, with a garden that just invites you to have an aperitivo or BBQ outside. The facilities left nothing to be desired. We were 4 adults and three children and had enough space for everyone. The pool was of course also a highlight. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always available if there were any queries. As a welcome gift, there were many regional delicacies - a huge surprise. The beach is within walking distance. Other beautiful beaches, towns and places can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Villa Giufra was perfect for our stay. Set in a generous and very well designed pool area with cleverly lit outside terrace. The photos are a good representation of the high level of comfort we experienced. Francesco was just brilliant in supporting our stay. We arrived late to find hot food and wine for our party of 5 and provisions for a few days. I can't recommend this villa and hosts enough.
We booked our annual holiday with Isula Travel and were delighted by the professional booking process and, in the end, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended on all fronts!
