Villa Giufra is a newly built property located about 650m from the lovely beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few kilometers from the town of Ispica.
The villa is developed around a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen which opens onto the garden and swimming pool thanks to large windows.
The sleeping area is also bright with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and a third complete bathroom.
Outside the veranda, furnished with a lounge and dining table, is perfect to spend enjoyable moments and directly overlooks the swimming pool with beach and hydromassage, surrounded by splendid olive trees.
A large car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars, and a charging station for electric cars are available to guests.
The modern, clean and essential design and the brightness of the rooms represent the strong point of the villa, perfect for couples or small families.
Villa Giufra is strategically positioned to visit the entire Val di Noto, from the UNESCO sites such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica to the seaside villages such as Sampieri and Marzamemi.

Villa Giufra was perfect for our stay. Set in a generous and very well designed pool area with cleverly lit outside terrace. The photos are a good representation of the high level of comfort we experienced. Francesco was just brilliant in supporting our stay. We arrived late to find hot food and wine for our party of 5 and provisions for a few days. I can't recommend this villa and hosts enough.

We had wonderful stay in this villa. It’s in perfect, quiet place but close to everything. Host made us feel so welcomed and made our stay even more pleasant with explaining everything, giving good recommendations about must visit places and restaurants.
A wonderful house with and a great host. Super clean house and modern property, with a garden that just invites you to have an aperitivo or BBQ outside. The facilities left nothing to be desired. We were 4 adults and three children and had enough space for everyone. The pool was of course also a highlight. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always available if there were any queries. As a welcome gift, there were many regional delicacies - a huge surprise. The beach is within walking distance. Other beautiful beaches, towns and places can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
