Description
Villa Giufra is a newly built property located about 650m from the lovely beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few kilometers from the town of Ispica.
The villa is developed around a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen which opens onto the garden and swimming pool thanks to large windows.
The sleeping area is also bright with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and a third complete bathroom.
Outside the veranda, furnished with a lounge and dining table, is perfect to spend enjoyable moments and directly overlooks the swimming pool with beach and hydromassage, surrounded by splendid olive trees.
A large car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars, and a charging station for electric cars are available to guests.
The modern, clean and essential design and the brightness of the rooms represent the strong point of the villa, perfect for couples or small families.
Villa Giufra is strategically positioned to visit the entire Val di Noto, from the UNESCO sites such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica to the seaside villages such as Sampieri and Marzamemi.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

We spent a week in the villa with two families. The house is modern and has a very good layout. The only slight drawback is the kitchen, which isn't quite ideal in terms of size and design. The garden with the terrace and pool is beautifully landscaped. The host personally welcomed us and said goodbye to us the day before our departure. We received tips for excursions in the surrounding area, and any questions were answered promptly. The villa's location is about 10 minutes from the beach, and day trips to other towns or beaches (e.g., Modica, Scicli) are easily possible within a distance of approximately 30 km.
We had a wonderful 6 days at the villa. We were a group of 8 friends. The house is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!
