In fact, it's in a strategic position: just 300 metres from the sandy beach and the cristal clear sea of Santa Maria del Focallo and few minutes from beautiful cities such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto.
The property consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles e 1 twin,) 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with fireplace; outside a second kitchen with barbecue, a veranda with dining area, car parking, garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful swimming pool. It's impossible not to be fascinated.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The house is in a fantastic location and has a wonderful outdoor area with a large pool and lawn. The layout is ideal, and otherwise, the house is really great. The kitchen furniture is a bit dated, and the appliances could use an upgrade or replacement; several knives are dull. Otherwise, inquiries were always answered promptly. The beach is beautiful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

We had the best stay here and are already looking at coming back again next year. The beach nearby is perfect for young kids - calm, warm, walkable, soft sand. The bread man coming daily was such a delight. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic. Home is comfortable and well stocked. Comfy beds, good ac. Great recommendations for local finds nearby. Couldn’t have asked for more!
Great location if planning to visit the East side of the island. The beach is so close to the house, is wild, and the water is shallow and clear. Very comfortable accommodation with also a very nice pool.
Great house and facilities! Perfect fit for us, and according to the description :-) Cooked most of the food for all days in a well-equipped house - with kitchen inside and a great outdoor kitchen with grill and wood-fired pizza oven :-) The outdoor area was good, and the pool was good, and had salt water, not chlorine :-) Short walk to go down to the sea 🏖️ Delicious, calm days!
