The property consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles e 1 twin,) 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with fireplace; outside a second kitchen with barbecue, a veranda with dining area, car parking, garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful swimming pool. It's impossible not to be fascinated.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Our stay at Villa Le Dune was outstanding. The home was even more lovely and comfortable than pictured. The host was responsive and helpful. We made use of the outdoor kitchen every evening, after picking up fresh fish from the local market in nearby Pozallo. And the beach, just a five minute walk away, was clean and beautiful. Outstanding property!
This villa is everything you will want for location, facilities and above all a host that is friendly, helpful and easy to get on with. There was no hesitation from the host in being forthcoming, i e in bringing more firewood for the bbq and pizza oven when we ran out. The villa does what its supposed to but the outside area is the real bonus. Lots of covered shade and plenty of sun loungers so you can relax in either. The short stroll to the beach and its clear calm waters along with the happy breadman who turns up daily makes this villa a real pleasure
Siamo stati davvero bene in questa bellissima casa, curata nei minimi particolari e pulitissima. Tutte e tre le camere molto comode e pratiche. Ci siamo divertiti molto nella piscina che è abbastanza grande e pulita. Il mare è a un minuto di macchina e ci si può arrivare anche camminando volendo. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato internet che era molto lento e che, anche se è venuto un tecnico subito, la connessione è rimasta lenta. Torneremo comunque sicuramente.
Fantastisch woning, heerlijk zwembad en zelfs een buitenkeuken met bbq en pizza oven. Was zeer schoon en goed geholpen door Rosaria, de host. Wij hebben wel even moeten zoeken voordat we de woning vonden, adres geeft Ispica aan maar de woning ligt in een ander dorpje. Voor herhaling vatbaar
We had a wonderful time in the house. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. There's a lovely outdoor area. The house itself is a very spacious bungalow. Since there were a lot of mosquitoes, mosquito nets on the windows would have been a good idea. The beach is just a few minutes away and was very quiet during the off-season.
