In fact, it's in a strategic position: just 300 metres from the sandy beach and the cristal clear sea of Santa Maria del Focallo and few minutes from beautiful cities such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto.
The property consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles e 1 twin,) 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with fireplace; outside a second kitchen with barbecue, a veranda with dining area, car parking, garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful swimming pool. It's impossible not to be fascinated.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

It was a nice stay in the villa. It was very clean and we got help at any time we asked for. A perfect holiday!
We were travelling with our adult children and partners and our 1 year old grandson. We arrived at the villa and were stunned by how lovely it was. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is even better in reality. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and the pool itself lovely and clean with a paddling level at the top which was ideal for our young grandson who was with us. The villa is really well equipped with an indoor and outdoor kitchen including barbecue. 3 bathrooms which was great as there were 6 of us. Also air conditioning which was useful at night. Communication was excellent and Lordana replied to any questions straight away. The beach is only a short walk but you do need a car to stock up at the supermarket which is about 4 miles away or to visit restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa, we had a wonderful holiday.
