The property has been expertly restored creating a single open space on the ground floor and a mezzanine with a double bed. The large windows allow a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful kitchen, the living area under the mezzanine and a bathroom with a comfortable shower.
Outside, on the kitchen side, there is a splendid terrace facing a quarry, while at the back of the house there is a square-shaped swimming pool immersed in the garden of the house.
This villa is perfect for a couple looking for relaxation and privacy.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in der Villa Manghisi. Das Haus und der Garten waren traumhaft schön. Ein Ort, mitten in der Natur. Perfekt zum Entspannen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wer Urlaub jenseits des Trubels sucht, wird hier fündig. Die Stadt Noto war in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Strände und Syrakus in ca. 30 Minuten.
Der Kontakt/Service der Ferienagentur war super und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet.
Wir hatten uns an diesem besonderen Ort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Manghisi war wunderschön, nicht nur die Räumlichkeiten sondern auch die Umgebung war super!

I cannot rate Isula Travel highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and Villa Manghisi itself exceeded all our expectations! Our journey was somewhat fraught due to the airport fires and flights being diverted, but Lorena kept in contact with us the whole time giving advice and suggestions. When we finally got there so much later than expected, we were met by Mirella who showed us around. She couldn't have been kinder.
The Villa is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was so much bigger than we were expecting! Beautiful breakfasts on the terrace and long afternoons lounging by the pool in an oasis of greenery. The bbq area looked amazing, but because of the problems with wildfires, we didn't light it. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning meant we slept really well.
We dragged ourselves away from the Villa to visit Noto and Siracusa, which are both well worth a visit and we found some delightful restaurants to enjoy lunch at. Be prepared for the crazy windy roads though! We were so lucky with the weather - a steady 28 degrees with a cool breeze. Absolutely perfect.
