This pretty villa is set in the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside, only 3 Km far from Modica, Baroque town Unesco heritage.
The property is on one floor and consists of a living area with kitchen and dining / living room plus a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a mezzanine with a third single bed, a bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen and living room open onto a veranda overlooking the amazing private swimming pool you can enjoy day and night.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a wonderful week in Sicily, and everything was so well organised by Isula Travel. A stunning villa, and a brilliant company to go through. Already thinking about our next holiday…
The house and the pool are wonderfull. Also the service of Isulatravel is great. A point of improvement nevertheless are the beds. They lay not as comfortable as you aspect in comparison to the price you pay for the villa.
Nice location a few mins from Modica. The house is very well equipped. Convenient a/c in all rooms, gorgeous pool, nice patios, one of them equipped with a large bbq and sink to cook outside. Further plus: the mattresses are very comfortable. Ideal for a family of max 4, the bed for a 5th person is subpar and the bathroom (only one) requires good discipline. Very good assistance from the team from the get go. Welcome delicatessen and plenty of drinks available on arrival, courtesy of the nice owners. Suggested improvements: a bluetooth device to play some music. Major issue: the neighbors’ dogs bark every night, nearly all night, without the owners seemingly care the very least about it. A nightmare for those with light sleep. Guess that this is not uncommon in the countryside. All in all a very positive experience.

Villa Silva is a beautiful villa with magnificent private grounds and a large deep swimming pool. The villa is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The villa has a nice layout with large bi fold doors that open out directly onto the swimming pool and patio. The hosts were very generous leaving wine, food and essentials. The villa is very well located for all the major sights of south east Sicily. One thing - take some ear plugs because there are some local dogs that like to bark at night - it was not a big deal, just pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Isula Travel could not have been better and you get a very personalised service. They were excellent to book with all pre departure details etc were very clear. We had to stay on unexpectedly due to health reasons. Isula Travel could not have been more helpful and supportive and more understanding - they were excellent and I would not hesitate to book with them again. I especially want to mention Floriana the rep on the ground who was outstanding. Floriana went over and above her job to take care of us - a huge thank you to Floriana!!
