This pretty villa is set in the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside, only 3 Km far from Modica, Baroque town Unesco heritage.
The property is on one floor and consists of a living area with kitchen and dining / living room plus a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a mezzanine with a third single bed, a bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen and living room open onto a veranda overlooking the amazing private swimming pool you can enjoy day and night.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Floriana, Sylvana et Enrico nous ont fait un accueil magnifique, plein d'attentions, des explications précises. Chose rare, la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons passé d'excellents moments autour de la piscine, du BBQ, profiter du confort de la climatisation lors des nuits chaudes. De plus, l'excellente localisation de la maison nous a permis de profiter de toutes les merveilles de la Sicile du Sud, des villes baroques (Modica, Noto, Scicli); et aussi d'être à moins de 5mns en voiture du centre commercial de la Fortezza (Interspar, etc...) En résumé, ce fut un séjour merveilleux avec des hôtes merveilleux !!!!
We (family of 4) stayed in Villa Silva (Modica) for two weeks. The villa was great and the pool fantastic. We were greeted very warmly, and everything was arranged very well. The villa was clean, had fresh supplies in the fridge (very convenient) and the owners / Isula respond fast. Great service! There is a lot to see and do in south east Sicily. The villa is a great base to discover archeological sites, old towns and nice beaches!
La acogida por parte de los propietarios fue muy buena, incluso nos tenían preparada una merienda y bebidas. Muy recomendable.
