Description
Ancient villa fully renovated in the countryside between Modica and the sea, near the family mill.
Once through the ancient wrought iron entrance gate, you enter the characteristic "baglio", the internal courtyard of the residence.
The kitchen and dining area welcome guests for breakfast, dinner and moments of conviviality.
For the common areas and bedrooms, furnishing elements capable of enhancing and narrating the tradition of the area were sought, such as ceramics, wooden furnishings and the stone of the walls.
The villa consists of a main building (3 bedrooms) and 4 annexes that will be opened based on the number of guests. No annexes can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. 1 annex can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. 2 annexes can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. 3 annexes can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. 4 annexes can accommodate more than 12 guests.
The villa can therefore accommodate a total of 22 guests.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, you access the garden, in the center of which there is a wonderful heated swimming pool.
Electricity included up to 500 kWh per week; for extra consumption €0.40/kWh is required.
Heated pool: euro 500,00 up to 5 days stay; from 6th day euro 80,00 per day.

La maison est magnifique et très très bien équipée en terme de: frigo, ustensiles, électroménager, vaisselle. C’est vraiment top!
Le seul petit bémol que l’on ne voit pas dans l’annonce c’est que la maison est pas loin d’une usine de farine. On la voit et on l’entend.
Una casa fantastica, con tutti i comfort che si può desiderare! Ottima soluzione per più famiglie desiderose di passare del tempo insieme, ma sempre con la privacy delle proprie stanze. Ristrutturata in maniera deliziosa. Ersilia è sempre stata a disposizione per tutte le richieste.
What to say, Villa Torre Molino, surpassed our expectations. It has been beautifully renovated and everything is so perfect and tasteful. Beautiful setting, surrounded by its walls...we loved it all. The location is very convenient being in the centre of the Noto valley and within easy distance of most of the key sites. Also the beach at Siempre with the wonderful dunes was a real bonus...we must have been about 8 people on the entire beach....Ersilia was very welcoming and helpful. She responded to the couple of queries we had after check in, on matters we had forgotten to ask about. I booked quite some time in advance and Ersilia, kept me informed along the way. Altogether a marvellous experience.
Torre Molino vacation on August 24, was a wonderful experience: we were 8 persons – 2 families.
House itself was large enough, good design and taste. AirCond worked properly. Very clean with a warm welcome. Great facilities with a good swimming pool.
People from Isula Travel nice and gave us good advices, and were disposable at all times.
Several surrounds we went: Taormina, Etna, Siracusa, Modica and beaches around.
An experience we will never forget.
The property is beautiful. The pictures do t do it justice. We came with a group of 17 for a week. Great location to see Ragusa, Ortigia San Lorenzo. Highly recommend
