Description
Ancient villa fully renovated in the countryside between Modica and the sea, near the family mill.
Once through the ancient wrought iron entrance gate, you enter the characteristic "baglio", the internal courtyard of the residence.
The kitchen and dining area welcome guests for breakfast, dinner and moments of conviviality.
For the common areas and bedrooms, furnishing elements capable of enhancing and narrating the tradition of the area were sought, such as ceramics, wooden furnishings and the stone of the walls.
The villa consists of a main building (3 bedrooms) and 4 annexes that will be opened based on the number of guests. No annexes can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. 1 annex can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. 2 annexes can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. 3 annexes can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. 4 annexes can accommodate more than 12 guests.
The villa can therefore accommodate a total of 22 guests.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, you access the garden, in the center of which there is a wonderful heated swimming pool.
Electricity included up to 500 kWh per week; for extra consumption €0.40/kWh is required.
Heated pool: euro 500,00 up to 5 days stay; from 6th day euro 80,00 per day.

Unsere Unterkunft war die ideale Wahl für Strandbesuche, Ausflüge, Stadtbesichtigungen und als Erholungsoase. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekt ausgestattete Küche inklusive Außenküche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet bei Nacht eine beeindruckende Beleuchtung. Absolut empfehlenswert!
The villa was truly beautiful, with lovely rooms, excellent social areas, a well-equipped and functional kitchen, and a great garden and pool. The location was a bit remote, but it's not an issue if you have a rental car. There is also a factory close to the villa, which affects the view a bit, but it's not a major concern. The host was very sweet and had left welcome snacks, such as bread, wine and cookies. Our contact person at IsulaTravel, Ersilia, was always at our disposal and made it easy for us with all kinds of problems and questions. Overall, the villa was amazing. We were 10 girls who had a fantastic stay.
