Description
Villa White is a modern luxury villa with private pool located in the countryside near Modica. The house is surrounded by a large garden (2500 sqm) with a green lawn.
The pool is located at the back of the house, from where it's possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the countryside.
The property consists of 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a full equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 ensuite bedrooms. On the first floor there are the other 2 ensuite bedrooms.
This villa is perfect for families and small groups

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The White House is just right for big family get togethers. Loads of space. Every bedroom has an en suite. Even an outside loo behind the showers. Swimming pool is a must and this did not disappoint. Supermarket just a 10 minute drive and 20mins and you are at the Beach.
Great villa, excellent service. After significant problems with our flight, Isula couldn't have been more helpful and flexible in organising for our arrival more than a day after we should have been there. Would definitely use again.
Isula travel did a great job and supported us in every point. A higlight was the cooking event with our local hosts. Thanks a lot again and stay safe & healthy ;)
