Description
Villa White is a modern luxury villa with private pool located in the countryside near Modica. The house is surrounded by a large garden (2500 sqm) with a green lawn.
The pool is located at the back of the house, from where it's possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the countryside.
The property consists of 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a full equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 ensuite bedrooms. On the first floor there are the other 2 ensuite bedrooms.
This villa is perfect for families and small groups

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Villa White is a lovely villa with exceptional hosts. They are always quick to respond to any questions and are very accommodating. The pool and outdoor kitchen/dining area are excellent and are where we spent most of our time!
Very Beautiful villa and nice welcoming by the staff Giovanni who was friendly. Confortable, wide and very quiet. 8 people where in a réal dream !! Swimming pool is excellent and garden very Green ! We realy enjoy our hollydays in Villa White. Réaly. Thank.
