Set in the quiet of the countryside, this property is perfect for those who want to relax away from the stress of city life. At the same time, it is just 2 minutes drive to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and 5 minutes to the towns of Pozzallo and Ispica. T
he house is on one floor. The entrance gives to the dining area with a well-equipped masonry kitchen and equipped with oven, fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. The house can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) bright and well appointed. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, one with hydromassage shower. Kitchen and living room open onto a large veranda furnished with wooden table and chairs, perfect for eating meals, for an aperitif or just for afternoon breaks.
The property is entirely fenced, has a wonderful garden with ornamental plants, a panoramic terrace and 3 parking spaces. It is about 1 km from Santa Maria del Focallo Beach (Blue Flag).
It is strategically located since the most beautiful cities of South-Eastern Sicily are easily reached: Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Zagara. The house is very tasteful, clean and absolutely comfortable. Guests can relax in the garden. The care by Massimo was excellent. All in all highly recommended.

We have enjoyed every moment of our stay at villa Zagara. The villa is located in a very quiet natural reserve yet short drive from fantastic beaches and towns. It is very comfortable and so well equipped - it has great sea salt pool and even has 3 types of coffee machines and the coffee for every coffee lover. Massimo, the host, made our stay most comfortable and careless - he greeted us at night with food and wine, gave a lot of useful advise, helped with covid test appointment, delivered medicine at night when one of us had a health problem, and let us have late check out to enjoy some extra hours of sea and sun. I strongly recommend everyone villa Zagara.
With my family we spent a wondefull week in Villa Zagara. First day we met Mr Massimo (the owner) that was very lovely and helpfuly with us during all the week in order to give us all comfort and enjoy relax peacefuly. The Villa is full optional and very confortable with outdoor swimming pool and garden but it’s also close the sea, so you have both opportunity to enjoy the summer in Sicily. Last but not least, we would like to say thank you also to the Isula Travel staff (Mrs Lorena, Mrs Bruna and Mr Francesco) because they helped us to find exactly what we were looking for…
What a lovely place, full of privacy and everything you need to have a great relaxed holiday. We have enjoyed the pool, garden, outside cooking and the trips to nearby great places. Warm welcome from Massimo with guidance and tips for exploring the area.
