Set in the quiet of the countryside, this property is perfect for those who want to relax away from the stress of city life. At the same time, it is just 2 minutes drive to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and 5 minutes to the towns of Pozzallo and Ispica. T
he house is on one floor. The entrance gives to the dining area with a well-equipped masonry kitchen and equipped with oven, fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. The house can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) bright and well appointed. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, one with hydromassage shower. Kitchen and living room open onto a large veranda furnished with wooden table and chairs, perfect for eating meals, for an aperitif or just for afternoon breaks.
The property is entirely fenced, has a wonderful garden with ornamental plants, a panoramic terrace and 3 parking spaces. It is about 1 km from Santa Maria del Focallo Beach (Blue Flag).
It is strategically located since the most beautiful cities of South-Eastern Sicily are easily reached: Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

The villa was well equipped for cooking, with an indoor and outdoor cooking area. The beds were comfortable, with great air conditioning in each bedroom We enjoyed our time spent around the pool after days exploring the nearby attractions. We would highly recommend this rental.
Perfekt and Great Service!
We felt very welcome right away. What a beautiful place, and the hosts were also very helpful and super nice. The cottage was fully equipped, and we had a wonderful holiday. We had a great time in the pool and enjoyed cooking in the outdoor kitchen. We also really made good use of the barbecue. If we ever come back here again, we would love to stay here again.
