Description
White Pearl is a charming property immersed in the green countryside of Ostuni.
It extends over a property of four hectares and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The main unit of the villa consists of a bright living room with TV and fireplace, a professional kitchen with pantry, a bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The house overlooks the panoramic patio equipped with outdoor furniture and ceiling fans.
The Lamia is an independent annex, furnished with a spacious double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower.
Finally, the 3 beautiful trulli, each with an independent entrance, renovated, host 3 double bedrooms all complete with bathroom with shower.
White Pearl is a villa made unique by the excellent finishes, the quality of the materials chosen and the fine details. Also, it is located in an excellent position to reach all the most suggestive places in the Itria Valley such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca. Just 20 minutes by car there are also the sandy beaches of Monticelli, Rosa Marina and Torre Guaceto, a protected nature reserve.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount is required.
