Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

We stayed at the Villa during the Easter holidays. Villa Livia is a very beautiful and spacious villa, both inside and out! A beautiful swimming pool, superb terraces on 3 levels, a lovely sea view, and high-quality finishes throughout the entire villa, e.g., flat-screen TVs in both the living room and all bedrooms, attractive lighting, air conditioning, etc. Contrary to the Q&A with Insula Travel, the sandy beach was not a 5-minute walk away, but a 25-minute walk. The nearby beach was a rocky beach. Furthermore, we were disappointed that the pizza oven could not be used (although clearly depicted in the advertisement), as that was one of the reasons we had chosen the villa. In any case, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Livia; host Germana was very friendly, helpful, and hospitable, and she gave excellent restaurant tips. Highly recommended!
