Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Well, what can I say about our stay, besides simply Wow - Bellissimo! What a lovely Villa!
We visited Villa Livia in the middle of June to celebrate my wife's b'day, a Group of 8 of us (4 couples) arrived mid-day and were greeted at the Villa by Fabio & Davide, who showed us around the Villa and explained house rules, as well as what there was in the surrounding area. Throughout our stay Fabio was an absolute star helping us arrange local taxi's, a hire car as well as excursions. Thank you Fabio, our trip wouldn't have been as special without all your help. I must also mention Francesca and Micaela, whose comms throughout from booking to our departure was spot on and always available to answer any queries when they arose, thank you to the whole team at Isula Travel for making our trip a truly memorable one.
Now, I must mention Marco who is the owner of the Villa, what a fantastic guy! He reached out early in our stay to offer a pool clean by his maintenance technician whenever needed, this was a very kind gesture which we did take him up on during the middle of our stay. The Villa itself was perfect, exactly as advertised and you could see that it was all newly renovated, we spent lots of time in the pool taking in the sun , enjoyed a nice BBQ and made the most of both the inside & outside space at the Villa, when not travelling out.
The Villa is about 55 mins away from Catania airport and you will find larger supermarkets and nice restaurants to eat at around 25 mins away by car, we arranged Taxi's for airport transfers & evenings out and hired 1 car for local shopping trips.
All in all a truly fantastic holiday and hope to use Isula Travel again in the future & who knows, even come back to stay at Villa Livia for another memorable experience.
Das Haus ist in einen sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren mit 9 Personen vor Ort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool ist sehr groß, so das man als große Truppe auch spaß in diesen haben kann.
Very well equipped modern villa, generous accommodation and pool. Beautiful lighting, Great views from top deck, short walk to great swimming and a very useful shop. Good value eating options nearby. Super helpful owner. Good base to explore south eastern Sicily. we had a lovely family holiday staying here.
Wir waren zu 9 in der Villa mit 3 Kindern und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool ist auch sehr groß und hat genug Platzt für alle zum schwimmen.
