Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

We had a family of 7 stay for a week. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom. The pool was GREAT. We had super weather and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The beach was amazing, as is Siracusa and Noto. A great stay.
A lovely villa with comfortable rooms. Great air con and pool. Lots of facilities and very clean. Local beach was fantastic - had lots of early evening swims there. Great reception from host - kind and relaxed - who gave lots of helpful info, guidance and even booking of events in the local area.
This villa was absolutely stunning. Perfect in every way, we could not be happier with our stay. Do not hesitate to book!!
I like the house and it's very quite. the house manager is really nice. The view is very nice and it is right beside the sea, we can see some sea view from the balcony. However, the alarm system was ringing out of no reason and 2 chairs in the house is broken when 2 people sitting on it.
