Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Reviews
We found the villa fairly easily. It was less than an hour from Catania Airport. It was impressive. Very clean and tidy. Lots of space. A lovely pool. I liked the fact that the pool was all one depth.
There were a few things that needed attention. The sun loungers were quite dirty and tired, some of the drawer fronts were loose in the bedrooms and could have done with a bit more kitchen equipment to cook with. Outside lights were not working and someone did come out to have a look and they were fixed, but they then would not turn off.
The location was good and there were lovely views of the sea and mountains. Beaches nearby both rocky and sandy.
Shops nearby and Cabre is a must to visit. Literally a 3 minute walk.

Communication with Isula Travel very good indeed.
Wonderful place with great facilities. Walking distance to a number of beaches. Our kids lived in the pool. It really makes a difference during summer months. Our host Germana was amazing. Very responsive and attended to any small queries or issues we had. Highly recommend.

IsulaTravel hat alles super gemanagte, wie auch Germana, die uns spät in der Nacht noch sehr herzlich und freundlich alles gezeigt hat und immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar war. Damit haben Sie uns den Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr angenehm gemacht. Danke an Germana und Isula travel Sehr schön war auch, dass wir später als wie vorgegeben aus checken konnten . Wir werden sicher wieder die Unterkunft nutzen, wenn wir hier herkommen und bedanken uns nochmals bei Germana und den Gastgeber.
Great place to stay with a large group. Nice house, Nice pool, outside bbq, inside parking spots, great summer weather ;-)
