Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Great place! Lovely pool in the heat. The house suited us as 6 people well. Very helpful host. Everything went smoothly. One of the house's many ACs had condensation/leakage. Electrician came immediately 👍
We spent a relaxing family week in a beautiful villa with spacious rooms and a private pool. The villa was very comfortable, with air conditioning in every room. I particularly appreciate the attention to details and kindness of IsulaTRAVEL, who provided us with fresh fruit and breakfast products upon arrival, as well as pool towels. Throughout our stay, they were always available to provide information and assistance.
Siamo appena tornati dal nostro viaggio in Sicilia. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane a Villa Livia a Fontane Bianche. Casa come da foto. Stupenda. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto di frutta fresca e prodotti locali per fare colazione e un pranzo. Isula Travel e i suoi collaboratori sono top. Per tutto il soggiorno si sono sempre preoccupati di noi e ci hanno assistito. A metà soggiorno 4 fantastiche donne delle pulizie hanno pulito l'intera casa e cambiato i letti, asciugamani e teli piscina. Anche la piscina è stata pulita 2 volte. Non possiamo che consigliare Isula Travel e stiamo già valutando di prenotare con Isula Travel la prossima villa per il 2026.
Absolutely beautiful villa, don’t hesitate to book. Super clean and all immaculate with ample parking. Host very quick to respond and all our needs were met. We DEFINITELY recommend a car as there is very little to do near the villa, only a bakery/coffee shop/small supermarket and one bar - all reachable by foot in less than five mins. Everything else, you need to drive to. We had great recommendations for meals with our Host and the villa is situated halfway between Syracuse and Noto, so visiting both towns was easy and convenient. The beach and harbour are a good half an hour walk so we chose to drive in the heat. You can get to the seafront in a few minutes but it’s Rocky. All in all a superb villa and we would recommend.
