Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.

Great place to stay during your visit in Sicily. Very friendly and clean!
Saubere Unterkunft, frische Handtücher mit Poolhandtücher, die Waschmaschine war gut aber etwas klein. Eine 2. Waschmaschine gab es im noch im „Gartenhaus“ der leider nicht funktioniert hat. Gute Küchenaustattung, allerdings haben ein paar Töpfe nicht funktioniert, da sie vermutlich nicht induktionsgeeignet waren. Gute badausstattung mit Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel und Föhn. Im großen und Ganzen war es sehr angenehm in dieser Unterkunft.
The host was extremely lovely and accommodating. The villa was beautiful and was perfect for hosting of dinners in the evening. The standout was the terrace which offered beautiful views - Germana was our host and was a pleasure to speak with. Was a great place for a getaway with the girls!!
Excellent service before we arrived via email. Flexible and so nice staff when checking in and then checking in by whats up to make sure everything is ok.
It was true to pictures and host is very responsive! We had a great vacation!
