Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und sehr sehr nette Kontakte! Das Haus ist schön groß und bietet mit der zweiten Küche genügend Platz für viele Personen. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight! Die Ortschaft ist etwas verlassen (Zumindestens außerhalb der Saison) dafür ist der Strand wunderschön! Und es gibt ein richtig tolles nettes Local im der Nähe. Der Host war super nett und hilfsbereit!
Beautiful villa and very clean on arrival. Great balcony where you could watch both the sun rise and sun set together with the moon rising. Pool was super and cleaned as soon as we requested it. Everyone was super friends.
