Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Unser Betreuer Davide war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war unkompliziert.
Die Einrichtung der Villa ist komfortabel, mit einigen wenigen Ausnahmen wie:
- Ausrüstung in der Küche: Messer, Schüsseln, Salatbesteck, Küchentücher…
war für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht ganz ausreichend
- Der Poolreiniger reinigt einseitig
- Es gibt keine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine.
- Wir wollten eine 60 C Wäsche machen, das gewählte Programm wurde nicht beendet….
Wir waren 8 Personen und für 2 Wochen im Haus. Es hat uns gefallen und wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt.
We rented Villa Livia in Fontane Bianche, Sicily. We are a family of 5. The villa was very comfortable, air conditioned and with a great pool. Isula had Davide assigned to our stay and he provided an amazing concierge service, organizing all we asked: Etna ‘a tour (amazing), restaurants, places for breakfast, beaches and shopping! I strongly recommend Isula Travel for their professionalism! Grazie
We were the 1st people to stay at Villa Livia and the hosts Marco and Maura were very accommodating to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The company that they use to manage the bookings is also very professional. The villa is beautiful. Brand new and done to a really high standard with a great pool and outdoor seating area. It is 5minutes in a car to Fontaine Bianche with a lovely beach and a couple of restaurants. You need a car to get around. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back.
Travelorganisation and local help Davide were fine and helpfull. However the house had cold showers for 3 days. The pool was dirty. There was one piece of kitchencloth, no washing fluids, no goods pans, no oven dish. But in all it was fine
