Description
Villa Iris is an outstanding villa recently built from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast and the countryside at the same time. Furthermore it provides complete privacy and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The property is located in the middle of the amazing Modica countryside and it’s just 3 km far from the nearest beach (Pozzallo).
The house is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms).
The outdoor area features a well-curated garden with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, and an elegant and large private pool with infinity edge. The solarium is also furnished with sun beds, beach towels and outdoor shower.
Together with the stunning 3000 mq wide garden, a panoramic terrace will be an amazing spot for selfies with your loved ones and where to have dinner, or to enjoy a relaxing aperitivo in the evening.
You will also find a veranda with dining area, an outdoor kitchen and Barbecue.
Once you get inside the house you will clearly feel the brightness and breathe an atmosphere of lightness. The house features a modern and minimal interior design enhanced by beautiful Sicilian-styled furnishings.
From the inside the view is astonishing and relaxing, especially in the morning, while in the late afternoon you will be pleased by the sunset lights that cover the house.
From the outside, you can enjoy the outdoor area and the infinity pool illuminated by night while drinking a good glass of wine .
The ground floor of the house features 4 large bedrooms with their bathroom and one small and nice reading area with a desk.
On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and one half bath. Furthermore you will find the main area with a bright living room overlooking the terrace and an open kitchen fully equipped. From this room you will have direct access to the main panoramic terrace.
Independent air conditioning system, flat TV and wi-fi complete the picture of this house which will welcome you with its typical Sicilian allure.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We are 9 Norvegian people who have had a fantastic 10 days vacation in a great (and clean) house in beautiful pool and surroundings. The reception and the little we needed from service along the way were excellent. Recommend the place and the house for anyone who is thinking of a stay in Scisilia.
Wir hatten als große Familie inklusive einem Kind eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Iris. Das Haus inklusive dem Außenbereich und Pool waren ein Traum für unseren Kurzurlaub. Alles war sauber und super gepflegt. Auch die Kommunikation vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv immer wieder weiter empfehlen!
Amazing villa. So much space. We were a family of 6 it was perfect. Pool area excellent. Couple of suggestions there was , no guidebook in property, this would have been helpful for WiFi, recommendations in area etc. had to keep texting host, whilst he was very responsive not ideal. Also, bins, no instructions on how to get rid of rubbish or recycling, nearest drop point turned out to be miles away. Not great when there is 6 of you for 1 week! That said it was a great holiday and I would return and recommend the villa.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Iris. Das Haus ist sehr modern und großzügig gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind alle hell, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist riesengroß und der Pool wunderschön. Es gibt verschiedenste Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse, am Pool oder an der Grillstelle. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt zu Vincenzo, der immer erreichbar war und sich gekümmert hat.
We spent our summer vacation with two families at Villa Iris, and as someone who works in the travel industry myself, I can truly say that our experience with IsulaTravel was outstanding. From the warm and personal check-in, to the villa itself with its beautiful design and excellent facilities, everything was beyond our expectations. The cleanliness and the careful daily maintenance of the pool stood out in particular. What impressed us most, however, was the communication and support — both from the agency before our arrival and from our villa manager during the stay. For us, there is no question: when planning our next holiday in Italy, we would not even consider looking elsewhere. We will definitely book again with IsulaTravel.
