Description
Villa Iris is an outstanding villa recently built from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast and the countryside at the same time. Furthermore it provides complete privacy and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The property is located in the middle of the amazing Modica countryside and it’s just 3 km far from the nearest beach (Pozzallo).
The house is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms).
The outdoor area features a well-curated garden with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, and an elegant and large private pool with infinity edge. The solarium is also furnished with sun beds, beach towels and outdoor shower.
Together with the stunning 3000 mq wide garden, a panoramic terrace will be an amazing spot for selfies with your loved ones and where to have dinner, or to enjoy a relaxing aperitivo in the evening.
You will also find a veranda with dining area, an outdoor kitchen and Barbecue.
Once you get inside the house you will clearly feel the brightness and breathe an atmosphere of lightness. The house features a modern and minimal interior design enhanced by beautiful Sicilian-styled furnishings.
From the inside the view is astonishing and relaxing, especially in the morning, while in the late afternoon you will be pleased by the sunset lights that cover the house.
From the outside, you can enjoy the outdoor area and the infinity pool illuminated by night while drinking a good glass of wine .
The ground floor of the house features 4 large bedrooms with their bathroom and one small and nice reading area with a desk.
On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and one half bath. Furthermore you will find the main area with a bright living room overlooking the terrace and an open kitchen fully equipped. From this room you will have direct access to the main panoramic terrace.
Independent air conditioning system, flat TV and wi-fi complete the picture of this house which will welcome you with its typical Sicilian allure.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

Wir haben zehn wundervolle Tage in der Villa Iris in Pozallo verbracht. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, auch während dem Aufenthalt war jederzeit jemand telefonisch, per WhatsApp oder Mail erreichbar. Eine freundliche kurze Einweisung, eine Flasche Wein und ein regionaler Snack zum Empfang. Die Villa, der Garten, der Pool und das ganze Anwesen ist traumhaft, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Gebäude ist umringt von Olivenbäumen, Palmen und sogar einigen Kräuter welche man zum kochen verwenden kann. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen dass direkt an jedes Zimmer ein großzügiges Bad angeschlossen ist. Auch die Außenküche mit eigener Terrasse ist wundervoll, am Pool gibt es Liegestühle für alle und die Wasserqualität ist top. Man kann als Gruppe zusammenkommen, hat aber auch die Möglichkeit sich auf der eigenen Terrasse, welche von jedem Zimmer aus begehbar ist, zurückzuziehen. Einzigster Kritikpunkt:das ganze Anwesen ist so zauberhaft dass man ganz vergisst auch mal an‘s Meer zu gehen. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die tolle Zeit die wir dort miteinander verbringen durften.
We booked Villa Iris through Isula Travel. The villa was beautiful and in excellent condition. The pool was lovely and a good size. The outdoor areas were well furnished with plenty of seating and magical lighting at night. The management company were friendly and easy to deal with. They responded quickly to any queries and did their best to make our holiday a memorable experience. We had a great time and I definitely recommend both the villa and the company. Edwina

Die Buchung war sehr unkompliziert, die Villa liegt sehr gut Erreichbar 5 min. von Pozzallo. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Das Gelände sehr großzügig. Mehr Sonnenschutz am Pool und der Terrasse wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten ein sehr toller Aufenthalt.
Beautiful location of the house with wonderful view to the ocean. Clean pool and clean house, which functions really well for more families. The company was fast and helpful at answering my questions, both before and during our stay.
