Its strategic location allows you to reach the historic town of Ispica and the picturesque seaside town of Pozzallo in just 10 minutes by car.
Family & Group Villa by the Sea
This Sicily holiday home by the sea is spread over two levels:
- Ground floor: large open-plan living space with bright living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a covered wooden veranda, perfect for relaxed breakfasts in the shade or dinner under the stars overlooking the pool. Two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms complete this floor.
- First floor / Attic: accessible via an external staircase for extra privacy. The attic features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and sofa. From here you can access a shaded terrace for relaxing moments. This floor hosts two bedrooms (one double and one twin) sharing a bathroom.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Matilde in Ispica. The villa was clean, modern, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Pietro. He welcomed us with delicious Sicilian sweets, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was always incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. The villa is situated in a peaceful, quiet area, yet it's just a short distance from the sea, a supermarket, and restaurants, making it the perfect place to unwind while still being close to the beach and other amenities. Villa Matilde truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sicily.
