The dining area both inside and outside, with pergola, is large and bright, fully equipped, with minimal and functional design.
The living room, perfect for spending convivial moments with family or friends, around the fireplace and overlooking the pool and garden.
The bedrooms are spacious, with their own private bathroom with shower, with stone walls steeped in history and pervaded by light from the garden.
Finally, the garden surrounding the house and the pool, offers special corners where you can try unique experiences, from lunch prepared with the delights of the place to yoga sessions in the open air.
Villa Trifilla is surrounded by nature and offers absolute privacy, all just 5 minutes drive from the commercial center of Modica, 20 minutes from Sampieri and the golden beaches of Marina di Modica

We had a great time in this villa in Modica. From Check in to check out everything was perfect. Superb villa, perfectly equipped and well located. We were able to rest and spend great times with family.
We were given a very warm welcome in the villa. Everything was explained to us briefly and clearly. During our stay we were always able to ask for good advice about the area. The service from the administration was great. Returning the house also went smoothly. We would be happy to book with IsulaTravel again another time. Thank you very much.

Beautiful villa very well presented. Accommodation worked very well. Great kitchen and outside eating area. We had a very happy week. Only downside we think power allowance for such a large villa with aircon not enough despite being quite careful about usage and not occupying all the bedrooms. Would definitely go again.
