The living room, perfect for spending convivial moments with family or friends, around the fireplace and overlooking the pool and garden.
The bedrooms are spacious, with their own private bathroom with shower, with stone walls steeped in history and pervaded by light from the garden.
Finally, the garden surrounding the house and the pool, offers special corners where you can try unique experiences, from lunch prepared with the delights of the place to yoga sessions in the open air.
Villa Trifilla is surrounded by nature and offers absolute privacy, all just 5 minutes drive from the commercial center of Modica, 20 minutes from Sampieri and the golden beaches of Marina di Modica

Loved the place. We had an issue with bugs but we managed that ourselves. All in all the house was absolutely incredible and the host service impeccable
The house was beautifully appointed and supported all of our needs. It had easy access to the beach (Sampieri) and to the main highway A-18 which allowed us to visit other sites in the area. Enjoyed our time. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful villa, built to a very good standard. Agents were good. A fuse blew on Sunday evening half way through cooking dinner & owners arrived within 15 minutes to correct, very good. Was the last week of the year the pool was available but with no heated pool it was too cold for anyone to brave so a waste to have a pool but not be able to use. Heating for the pool would make it even more desirable Villa but maybe not needed for the height of summer. However the build, design & upkeep of the property is amazing. Better than the photos show. Would love to visit again.
A very tastefully designed and furnished villa in the countryside of Modica where we have enjoyed a fantastic holiday. The villa provides everything you need including a large pool with a beautiful garden. Ersilia has been a great host and we will definitely book with IsulaTravel when back in Sicily.
What an amazing villa - if I could have picked it up and brought it home with me then I would have done so... just perfect: my ideal home :)
