The entrance to the villa is from a wide avenue where you can park.
Maximum attention was paid to the interior spaces, researching artisanal furnishing elements capable of enhancing and telling the tradition of the place.
The dining area both inside and outside, with pergola, is large and bright, fully equipped, with minimal and functional design.
The living room, perfect for spending convivial moments with family or friends, around the fireplace and overlooking the pool and garden.
The bedrooms are spacious, with their own private bathroom with shower, with stone walls steeped in history and pervaded by light from the garden.
Finally, the garden surrounding the house and the pool, offers special corners where you can try unique experiences, from lunch prepared with the delights of the place to yoga sessions in the open air.
Villa Trifilla is surrounded by nature and offers absolute privacy, all just 5 minutes drive from the commercial center of Modica, 20 minutes from Sampieri and the golden beaches of Marina di Modica

We received a fantastic welcome at Villa Trifilla, from Francesca, who was there for us throughout our stay. Whenever we asked, she gave us many lovely and great tips about the nearby towns, nice coffee bars for breakfast, restaurants, and places of interest. It’s definitely worth asking her, as she will guide you to all the right spots.
A lovely stay at an excellent, high specification villa just outside the beautiful city of Modica. The agent was responsive and helpful, and the owner even dropped by and said hello and gave us a gift. Do note that the villa is on a hill, above and behind two quite busy roads so there is background traffic noise especially by the pool. There was also some building work going on for a new villa next door, but the owner stepped in and this stopped for the rest of our stay. We stayed for ten days, and there was no cleaning, fresh linen or towels offered (only get it for 11+ nights we were told) - however when asked, the agent did drop off some additional towels. All in we would recommend, but just a few points to be aware of before booking.
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Villa. A holiday for adults and teenagers. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is stunning! Such a lovely and well maintained property. They have thought of everything. Having the outside space was lovely for bbq evenings. You will definitely need a car unless you are happy to pay for taxis to go anywhere. If you do need a taxi, we would recommend Rosario, his card is at the property. Ersilia at Isula Travel was the best, so responsive and really helped us with local Recommendations and help, this included organising a transfer to the airport. We would recommend you visit Ragusa, Syracuse, Modica and Scicli. We had a great stay and would love to go back one day!
Très belle maison avec un emplacement idéal (entre 45 minutes et 2h15 en voiture pour visiter une grande partie des villes de Sicile, Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse, Taormina, Bronte etc....).
Beautiful villa close to the super charming city of Modica. We had a lovely time in the villa, and exceeded all of our expectations. The host was super nice and responsive. Couldn't recommend this villa more!
